About The Legaxy Project
Operators first. Agency second.
The Legaxy Project exists because we kept watching good brands get quietly taxed by a marketplace they couldn't see into — while every agency pitched them ads. We run a nine-figure Vendor Central business. This is that operating system, offered to yours.
The X marks what everyone else crosses out: the vendor side.
How we work
Doctrine over vibes.
Everything recurring gets a written playbook, a weekly cadence, and a pre-committed kill criterion — set before we start, not after it's convenient. It's how we run our own account; it's how we'll run yours.
Real data only
No estimated financials, no borrowed benchmarks presented as yours. Every number we show you traces to your account or a cited source.
Kill criteria up front
Every strategy we launch carries the condition under which we'll kill it — decided before launch, in writing. Sunk cost never votes.
Weekly, not quarterly
Amazon's clock runs weekly — PO confirmations, routing cutoffs, dispute windows. Our cadence matches the machine, not the QBR calendar.
The devil's advocate seat
Every major recommendation passes an internal red-team review before it reaches you. If a plan can't survive our own skeptic, you never see it.
Show the math
Recommendations arrive with the model attached. You should be able to check our work — and we'd rather you did.
Say the uncomfortable thing
If 3P is the right channel for a SKU, we'll say so. If a recovery isn't worth chasing, we'll say that too. Fees follow truth, not the reverse.
The question you should ask
"You run a 1P business. Are you my competitor?"
Fair question — we'd ask it too. Here's the policy, in writing, before you share a single number.
- Category exclusion. We don't take engagements that compete with categories our own operation trades in. If there's overlap, we tell you on the first call and decline.
- Data separation. Your PO, cost and margin data is siloed from our operating business — separate systems, separate access, contractually bound.
- No buy-side games. We're not a reseller or aggregator looking to become your distributor. We're an operating partner; your vendor relationship stays yours.
- Walk-away honesty. If the audit shows your account is clean and there's nothing worth hiring us for, that's what the report will say.
Who we work with
We'd rather be honest than busy.
The contingency lane
Free Profit Leak Audit, recovery on performance fee, full operating engagements. This is who the system was built for.
The fixed-fee lane
Below $5M the contingency math stops making sense for either side — so the audit is a transparent fixed fee instead, same rigor, same deliverable.
Take the free tools
The leak calculator is free, no meeting required. Come back when the POs get bigger — we'll still be here.
Vendor Central first, but not only — hybrid and Seller Central engagements are taken where the economics genuinely point that way.
Next step
Ask us anything. Live.
The first call is with an operator, not a sales rep — bring your hardest Vendor Central question.
